Sponsorship Packages

Gold Level Exhibitor Package

$4,000 CAD

This package includes:

  • Exhibition Presence: One 8’x8’ booth, including 6’ table with linen and two chairs. Includes WiFi access.
  • Marketing Opportunities: Company-branded materials distributed to all delegates. Company to provide materials for distribution.
  • Website Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 website as a Gold Level Exhibitor with link to company website, plus Congress website to feature a company portrait (up to 800 characters).
  • Registration: Congress fees waived for 2 attendees.
  • Attendee Access: Full access to the attendee list

Silver Level Exhibitor Package

$2,500 CAD

This package includes:

  • Exhibition Prescence: One 6′ table with linen and two chairs. Includes WiFi access.
  • Website Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 website as a Silver Level Exhibtor with link to company website.
  • Registration: Congress fees waived for 1 attendee and 50% off registration fees for second attendee.
  • Attendee Access: Full access to the attendee list.

Bronze Level Exhibitor Package

$1,800 CAD

This package includes:

  • Exhibition Presence: One 6′ table with linen and two chairs. Includes WiFi access.
  • Website Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 website as a Bronze Level Exhibitor with link to company website.
  • Registration: Congress fees waived for 1 attendee.

Sponsor Packages

From $500 CAD to $5,500 CAD

Logo Sponsorship Package ($500 CAD):
  • Website Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 website with link to company website
  • Digital Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 program and abstract books, made available as PDFs online on Congress website
Promotional Items Sponsorship Package (From $500 CAD):
  • Website Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 website with link to company website.
  • Marketing Opportunity: Company branded marketing material or Congress gift/promotional item. Sponsor is responsible for providing material or item in advance, with enough for all delegates. The organizing team requests that materials or items be recyclable or reusable so as will not end up in the landfill.
Delegate Tote Bag Sponsorship Package (From $5,500 CAD):
  • Website Recognition: Company name/logo appears on ICN 2026 website with link to company website.
  • Kit Sponsorship: Basic sustainable reusable Congress tote bags or kits with full-colour company logo on one side.
Sponsorship of Congress Dinner Package:
  • Tent cards on each dinner table with your company logo.
  • 5 minute timeslot to address the attendees and welcome them.
  • Can sponsor entire event, or some part of it (entertainment, food and beverage, decor, etc.).
  • Pricing upon request.
Sponsorship of a Morning Break Package:
  • Branding of the food station with your logo.
  • Available for individual days or the entire congress.
  • Display of your logo on the intermediate slide directly before the morning break.
  • Pricing upon request.
Sponsorship of an Afternoon Break Package:
  • Branding of the food station with your logo.
  • Available for individual days or the entire congress.
  • Display of your logo on the intermediate slide directly before the coffee break.
  • Pricing upon request.
