The ICN 2026 Conference is an International Conference recognized by Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Delegates who require a visa or travel authorization to enter Canada to attend the conference can request for a Letter of Invitation through the process below.   • Step 1: Register and pay for the conference here .
  • Step 2: Contact us to request for a Letter of Invitation. You will need to provide us with your full names as they appear on your travel document and your passport country of issuance. Our office will send you a Letter of Invitation with the special event code for this meeting, which you can use to complete your visa application.
  • Step 3: Begin your temporary resident visa application process through the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship webpage here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application.html. Submit your visa application to IRCC and upload a copy of the letter of invitation to support your visa.
  • Step 4: Send us your visa application number so that we can confirm you as an international delegate at the conference. The visa application number begins with a V and is followed by 9 digits (ex. V123456789). Applicants should receive a copy of their visa application number in their acknowledgement of receipt letter shortly after submitting their visa online. Please ensure you have sent us your visa application number by June 25, 2026 at 12:00PM Pacific.

Conference Registration Terms & Conditions – Fraud/Misrepresentation: The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration, with or without notice, at their absolute discretion. No refunds will be provided to participants found to have misrepresented themselves, used false information, or engaged in fraudulent activity, including the submission of fake or misleading information to obtain a visa invitation letter. Furthermore, such individuals may be reported to the relevant immigration authorities.

Non-Refundable Registrations: No refund will be provided if a letter of invitation was used for fraudulent purposes or if the applicant is suspected of misrepresenting their intent to travel.

Kindly note that all the information you provide to us will be shared with IRCC in accordance with the Privacy Act and BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. [RSBC 1996]. Letters of Invitation will only state the facts (conference title, dates and location); they do not guarantee faster processing times, or entry into Canada.
